Sports Medicine Internship

The Department of Kinesiology in conjunction with the Department of Athletics is pleased to announce the introduction of a Sports Medicine Internship class beginning this Fall semester. The class will be listed under KIN 397 Independent Study - Sports Medicine Internship.

The Internship is designed to provide students that have a desire to enter a health care related field, such as Pre-Med, Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, and other fields, with the opportunity to learn in a practical "hands on" clinical setting, that will compliment the class room academic educational components of their area of study.

This is an exciting opportunity for students to "learn by doing".

Details of the Internship are attached, together with an application form. Any students who may be interested in the Internship are encouraged to contact Ken Howat if they require further information.
