Seaside, Calif. – Cal State Monterey Bay head men’s basketball coach Rob Bishop has announced that 6’2 shooting guard Keith Wilson has recently committed to the program.  A Don Lugo High School alum, Wilson graduated from Yavapai Junior College (Ariz.) this past spring.

Walnut Creek, Calif – California Collegiate Athletic Association Commissioner Robert J. Hiegert announced the recipients of 2007-08 All-Academic Awards on Thursday.  A total of 47 Cal State Monterey Bay Otters made the list that included student-athletes from the ten sports programs that compete in the CCAA. Women's Soccer led the way with 11 honorees and baseball had eight.

Seaside, Calif. - Senior Matt DeJesus, who is playing for the Waikiki Surfers this summer, has been named to the 2008 Makai Islanders All-Star team. The Islanders defeated the Mauka Warriors 3-0 on July 4 Les Murakami Stadium on University of Hawaii’s campus.
