Final Results
ROHNERT PARK, Calif. – The Cal State Monterey Bay women's golf team shot a final round of 318 today to finish second at the Sonoma State Invitational which was held at the Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club.
The Otters finished second behind tournament-winner Western Washington, coming from third place finish yesterday after carding a 9-over-par 297 today for a final team score of 615. CSUMB's final team score of 629 was six strokes better than third place Academy of Art (635) and nine strokes ahead of Grand Canyon (638).
Senior #Cicilia Chudivan# shot a final round of 77 today to finish in third at 8-over-par 152, three strokes behind medalist Claire Rachor of WWU. Sophomore #Courtney Soekland# finished tied for fifth after a final round 79 gave her a 36-hole score of 11-over-par 155. Junior #Darcy Lake# dropped down one spot to tie for ninth with a 79 today, carding a 13-over-par 157. Freshman #Gianna Waddy# carded a 21-over-par 165 for a tie at 24th and classmate #Sara Crofcheck# finished in 38th with a 30-over-par 177.
