Women's Results
OAKLAND – The Cal State Monterey Bay women's cross country team ran to a fourth place finish in the Mills College Invitational on Saturday morning in Oakland.
Seven teams competed in the meet with San Francisco State taking top honors after taking 6th through 12th place.
CSUMB sophomore #Tabbitha Bailey# was the Otters top runner, finishing the 5K course in a time of 22:28 for 25th place. Junior #Keri Zaro# crossed the line at 22:34 for 26th place.
The Otters other five timed runners were, sophomore #Krista Sornborger# (23:05, 32nd), freshman #Mackenzie Morgan# (23:06, 33rd), sophomore #Hayley Tharp# (23:09, 34th), junior #Krystal Schnieder# (23:12, 35th) and junior #Marie Beard# (24:14, 45th).
There were 90 runners in the event, some unattached and others running from non-competing schools.
