CSUMB Men's Soccer Summer Workout Program
Every Day Make Sure To Warm-up before the Workout and Get a Proper Stretch Afterward. If You Don't Know What To Do Exactly With Anything Please Call One of the Coaches and Ask!


All of these workouts should be in addition to your summer soccer. If you are practicing or playing every single day all summer, call me and we will adjust your workouts. On the other hand, if this is all you are doing (meaning no other sports activity), call me to add another day or two to your week. If the days conflict with summer games or other activities, the days of the week specified do not matter. It is just about getting the work done each week. Lastly, if you are not making the goal times call me!
